1. Pre-Order Timelines

Our inaugural collection is currently available via exclusive pre-order.

  • Production: Each piece is meticulously minted and securely packaged to our exacting standards.

  • Estimated Dispatch: Pre-orders are expected to begin shipping in [Month, Year / e.g., Late Fall 2026]. We will keep you continuously updated on the production and shipping status of your investment.

2. Discreet & Secure Packaging

Your security is our priority. To ensure the safe transit of high-value assets:

  • All orders are shipped in tamper-evident, fully discreet outer packaging.

  • There will be no external branding, logos, or language indicating the valuable contents (such as "Gold" or "Mint") on the shipping label or outer box.

3. Fully Insured Transit

Every Mara Mint shipment is fully insured for its total replacement value from the moment it leaves our vault until it is safely in your hands. You bear zero risk during transit.

4. Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of our bullion pieces, a direct adult signature is strictly required upon delivery.

  • Packages cannot be left unattended at a door, porch, or leasing office.

  • If you are unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice to reschedule delivery or hold the package at a secure local facility for pickup with valid government-issued ID.

5. Shipping Carriers & Rates

We partner exclusively with premium, trusted carriers (such as [FedEx / UPS / DHL]) to ensure expedited and secure delivery.

For security and fraud prevention, we cannot reroute packages or change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are 100% accurate during checkout.
